The other attendants included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other attendants included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Resident Participation officer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Senior Estate Manager,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kambala Estate Manager (from12\/02\/24)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estate Services officer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Officer from the Animals Welfare Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two KERA Committee members were also presented and they brought to the attention of the Officers, issues raised by Kambala residents, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dog Mess and CCTV images,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uneven pavements <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leaf litter on our estate, especially due to trees in Fairchild Close (near Wye Street) urgently requiring pruning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kambala.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Footparts.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The inspection took more than 1 hour and was productive as representatives from the Council promised to progress the issues via officers within the Eastern Area Team (where possible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kambala joint Inspection took place on\u00a027\/02\/2024\u00a0with 7 Officers from Wandsworth Council including Cllr Simon Hogg and John Thomson (Area Housing Manager) who were leading this inspection.
