{"id":358,"date":"2024-10-17T22:38:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-17T21:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mykambala.co.uk\/?p=358"},"modified":"2025-02-24T22:41:51","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T22:41:51","slug":"hicks-close-new-bike-hangar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mykambala.co.uk\/?p=358","title":{"rendered":"Hicks Close New Bike Hangar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last May, the KERA Committee received a request from a resident, to install a bike hangar on the Estate, along with a request to rent two spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0KERA representative forwarded this request to the Resident Participation Officer \u2013 Vanessa Santos. A funding request was then raised, for a new Green Cycle Hangar. This was granted for installation at the entrance of Hicks Close, through approval from the\u00a0<strong>Eastern Area Housing Panel<\/strong>, on July 8, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kambala.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cycle-Rack.png\" alt=\"Cycle Rack\" title=\"Cycle Rack\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new Green Bike Hangar was installed in August 2024 and is now fully operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to apply for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a space or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request an additional hangar in Kambala,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">please contact KERA (Kambala Estate Resident Association) via email:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"mailto:keracommittee@gmail.com\">info@mykambala.co.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last May, the KERA Committee received a request from a resident, to install a bike hangar on the Estate, along with a request to rent two spaces.
